Cokion International Store Return & Refund Policy
This General Return Policy is applicable for all Cokion Global Store products (“Product”). If the Product is eligible for a refund on a return, you can choose to return the Product either through courier Pickup or Self-Return**
If you schedule a courier pick-up through our Online Returns Centre you are required to keep the following documents ready for handing it over to the pickup associate:
Ø Copy of your ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, or PAN)
Ø Return invoice
Ø Customer Authorisation
Ø A return mailing-label with Cokion tracking barcode
The Return invoice and Customer authorization documents should be affixed to the package. You can access these documents by clicking Manage Returns in the Online Returns Centre. It generally takes up to 15 - 25 days for an item to reach Cokion Export Sales, after it is picked up by the courier.
In case of self-return, the customer can return the Product using any courier/ postal service of your choice. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all the documents which are required by the courier to ship the item back to Cokion Export Sales.
Cokion International will reimburse shipping charges on presentation of receipt as per actuals up to a maximum of INR 1725/- (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty-Five Only).
Once the package is received at Cokion International fulfillment center in India, it takes 2 (two) business days for the refund to be processed and 2- 4 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
· If your return is due to a Cokion error you'll receive a full refund, else the shipping charges (onward & return) along with import fees will be deducted from your refund amount. An item that is either damaged or defective when delivered to you will be considered a Cokion error.
· If you wish to cancel your order/item, go to Cancel Item or Order.
· For products worth more than INR 25000, we only offer the Self-Return option.
