4). Brand or Trademark: A manufacturer must submit separate BIS Certification applications if they produce the same item under various brands.

Documents Needed to Obtain Wireless Microphone BIS Certification

How to Obtain Wireless Microphone BIS Certification

To receive BIS Certification for Wireless Microphones, the manufacturer must submit an application for certification. The BIS Registration process is different for domestic (Indian) producers than it is for a foreign firm.

2).  The applicant shall submit a product sample for testing to a BIS approved laboratory.

3).  The manufacturer is required to receive the test results from the BIS approved lab and submit them to the BIS office. A paper copy of the offline application form or a copy of the online application form needs to be submitted with the reports if the reports are being submitted offline.

4).  The BIS office checks the reports and examines them.

5).  After checking the information, the BIS office grants the manufacturer BIS Certification for Wireless Microphones.
